As a valued member of the Hospital Engineering team in the Houston area, we would like to extend an offer to you to become a Sponsor of the Houston Area Association for Hospital Engineering (HAAHE).  HAAHE is a non-profit (501.C.3) professional organization made of up of career professionals who are actively employed in hospital engineering management or leadership and/or whose primary employment interest is in providing services or products to the hospital engineering environment.

The primary purpose of our Association is to provide educational opportunities – first, to our members, and second to young professionals and college students that have an interest in a Hospital Engineering career.  Your generous contribution to our Association will help us achieve our educational objectives.

We are offering three levels for Annual Sponsorship:

• Gold – Contributions of $2,000 
• Silver – Contributions of $1,500
• Bronze – Contributions of $1000
• Luncheon – Sponsorship – Contribution of $500
• Registration Table Luncheon – Sponsorship – Contribution of $750

In addition to receiving tax credits, the benefits for being a HAAHE Annual Sponsor include the following:

• Bronze – Acknowledgement on our HAAHE website and at luncheon programs, and one free annual membership.
• Silver – Acknowledgement on our HAAHE website and at luncheon programs, and two free annual memberships.
• Gold – Acknowledgement on our HAAHE website and at luncheon programs, and two free annual memberships, plus one spotlight opportunity to present at luncheon program, and one guest invitation for lunch programs.
• Luncheon Sponsorship – Your $500 contribution includes acknowledgement of your sponsorship during one HAAHE luncheon/presentation and the opportunity to meet and discuss your company and/or products at the end of the presentation for which you sponsored.
• Registration Table Luncheon Sponsorship – Your $750 contribution includes acknowledgement of your sponsorship during one HAAHE luncheon/presentation, attendance of two guests, and the opportunity to meet attendees at the registration table and discuss your company and/or products at the end of the presentation for which you sponsored.
